Exhibiting at the event
Our events have 3 levels of participation
Bronze Package with 2*2m or 3*2m Stand
Silver Package with 4*2m or 3*3m Stand
Gold Package with 5*2m or 4*3m Stand
With our stands we aim to include all possible costs so that you are not given any surprises once you have chosen to take part with us.
Our stand prices include:-
• Furniture (Table and Chairs)
• Electricity and Power-Points
• Building of the stand itself (shell scheme stand)
• Internet Connection for 1 device
• Name board with Company Name and Logo
• Marketing on all of our material as a confirmed exhibitor
• Full Exhibitor Profile on the relevant Bilingual People Website
• All of the recruitment and introductions you make from the fair
Advertising at the event
There are 2 options available for exhibitors to gain access to the audience of our physical events if they are unable to be there in person:
• Advertise in the show guide - Handed to all of our visitors at the fair and contains profiles on exhibiting companies, a full floor plan of the fair itself as well as advertising from Companies who perhaps cannot make the fair but still want to advertise your vacancies or services to a pro-active and highly targeted audience.
• Send a mail shot — Allows you to direct-market to the complete registrations list (which tends to be around 3 times higher than the physical visitors to the fair) and market your positions/services. You can scale the search by Location, Languages and if they coming to the fair as a jobseeker/Expat.

As there is limited availability for the event the stands will be sold on a strictly first come, first served basis
